Here’s what we do.

We manage the content. Your people remain the experts.

We handle the work. Your people review their posts. Your firm sets the rules.

What the service includes

Lectern Teams is a fully managed service. The people taking part are not asked to become content creators, and their day job stays their day job: the only ongoing ask is reviewing their own posts. The service has three parts.

  • Content creation and publishing. We follow the news, research and questions your intended clients care about. We match each relevant topic to the person best placed to speak to it, then write original content in their voice and for their specialism. Once your firm has approved a post, we publish it on the person's behalf, to the agreed schedule, using access the person authorises. How that access works, and how it is removed when someone stops taking part, is set out in writing before launch.

  • Pre-checks against your rules. Before anyone in your firm reviews a draft, we check it against the rules agreed with you: for example restricted claims, how advice is described, required disclosures, confidentiality and competitor mentions. Anything that needs a closer look is flagged. Our checks are a pre-screen. Your firm sets the approval level and holds the final say.

  • Reporting and ongoing management. A clear view of what was drafted, approved and published, how it performed, the conversations started and the enquiries recorded through the agreed route. We run the service and report to you. You are not handed software to operate.

The result: your firm's expertise reaches relevant clients, your people keep their time for their work, and your approval standards stay in place.

How your team’s expertise reaches clients

The expertise is already on your payroll. Most of it never reaches the clients who would value it.

Your expertise should not stop at the people who already know you. A firm can have knowledgeable people and valuable perspectives without a consistent way to turn them into useful public content. Asking busy people to post more does not create a managed process.

We provide that process, and we run it for you.

Illustrative estimate

Enter your figures to estimate the combined connections.

Together, their networks already include many of the people your firm wants to reach. Unless someone is turning that expertise into content, little of it reaches them.

Estimated from the number of people and an average connection count you can change. Connections overlap, and not all of them are relevant clients.

A financial advisory firm

One firm, three specialists, one company strategy. We write examples for your own sector during scoping.

Different expertise. Different voices. One coordinated strategy. Each person speaks to the clients the firm wants to attract, in their own area, and every topic relates to a service the firm offers. Topics are general in nature. How advice is described is governed by your firm's rules.

How conversations become qualified leads

Visibility on its own is not the goal. Every topic is chosen because it speaks to a problem your intended clients have and a service your firm wants to be known for. The path we design for:

From content to conversation. When the right people engage with your team's content, we help turn that interest into a conversation, and where it fits, book the call, using messages your firm has approved. We do not send cold requests or mass messages. We start conversations with people who have already shown they want to talk, so your pipeline grows without ads.

What counts as a qualified lead. A person who fits your target-client criteria and expresses relevant interest in your services. Likes, followers and impressions are useful signals. They are not qualified leads. Reporting keeps content performance, conversations, enquiries and qualified leads separate, so you can see what is actually happening.

A partner that runs it for you, inside your rules.

Approval workflow and responsibilities

Your compliance function, or whoever holds that responsibility in your firm, defines the rules. Our checks are a pre-screen against those rules. Regulatory responsibility stays with your firm, and the service sits inside your existing approval and record-keeping obligations rather than replacing them. That can be an external compliance provider or principal where that is how your firm works.

You set the approval level: We start by aligning with your leadership on positioning and your rules, and your firm approves the early content. As you get comfortable, you choose how much ongoing approval you want, from signing off every post to lighter spot-checks. Whatever level you set, nothing publishes outside it, and anything outside the agreed rules is held.

The people taking part

Input during setup and review of their own content. They do not write their own posts.

Marketing owner and required reviewers

Business priorities, company rules and the approval level.

Setup involves structured input from each person taking part and from your marketing owner and reviewers. Ongoing, the people taking part review their content; they do not write, schedule or monitor it. The service is designed so that taking part does not pull people away from their work. The expected time for setup and ongoing review is set out in the pilot agreement.

Your pilot

Start with 2 to 3 people. Expand once you're confident.

What we agree before the pilot

The starting group is chosen for relevant expertise, fit with the clients you want to attract, and willingness to take part. Seniority alone is not the test. You start small, see it working, and add more people once you're happy.

Agreed in writing before launch:

  • The starting profiles and the clients you want to attract.
  • Your content rules, who reviews and approves, the approval level and review turnaround.
  • The access each person authorises so we can publish approved posts on their behalf, how it is set up, and how it is removed.
  • What counts as a qualified lead, how conversations start, how enquiries reach your firm, how they are recorded and who responds.
  • What we provide to support your firm's own records.
  • What happens to content and access when someone leaves or pauses.
  • Duration, deliverables, fee and the criteria you will use to evaluate the pilot.

During the pilot you see the agreed reporting throughout. At the end you review delivery and the measured results, then decide whether to expand, continue as you are, or not continue. A small first group keeps the initial scope contained. It does not guarantee a commercial result, and it is not a substitute for evidence. It is a way to see the service working in your own firm before committing further.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What do our people and our marketing team actually have to do?

This is a managed service, not software you operate. The people taking part give input during setup and review their own content before it goes out. That is the whole of their ongoing role; their day job stays their day job. Your marketing owner sets priorities and rules, and the required reviewers give the approvals at the level you set. We do the research, writing, pre-checks, publishing management, approved conversations and reporting.

Will the content sound like each person?

That is the point. During setup we build a picture of each person's specialism, views and way of speaking, and we write in their voice. They review every post before it is published.

How do checks, approvals and publishing work, and who has access to our people's accounts?

We agree your rules first, and the approval level you want. Each draft is pre-checked and anything that needs attention is flagged. The person named reviews the post, your firm approves at the level you set, and only then is it scheduled. Once approved, we publish on the person's behalf, using access the person authorises. How that access works, and how it is removed when someone stops taking part, is set out in writing before launch, and nothing about it changes without your agreement.

Do you do cold outreach?

No. We do not send cold connection requests or mass messages from your people's profiles. When someone engages with the content and fits your target-client criteria, we help start a relevant conversation and, where it fits, book a call, using messages your firm has approved and within the rules we agree. You set what goes out and to whom.

What happens to comments and messages on our people's profiles?

Replying to general comments and messages is handled the way we agree. Where a message is part of starting an approved conversation, it uses wording your firm has approved. Anything outside that is left to your people and your firm under your own policies. How enquiries are recorded is agreed before launch.

Does everyone need to participate, and is this only for financial firms?

No. We start with 2 to 3 selected people and expand only if you decide to. "10+ people" describes the firms this suits, not the number of profiles involved. The service is designed for regulated firms and firms with a lot of client-facing people: finance, fintech, insurance, wealth and asset management, accountancy and advisory, and law firms are common examples, along with firms that have large rep or partner networks. If you are in another sector like this, we confirm fit on the first call.

How do you define and measure a qualified lead?

We agree the definition with you before launch. Our starting point is a person who fits your target-client criteria and expresses relevant interest in your services. Reporting shows conversations, enquiries and qualified leads separately from content performance.

Do you have case studies for this service?

Not yet. This is a new service. The pilot is designed so you can judge delivery and measured results in your own firm before expanding. The pilot is structured so you can judge delivery and measured results in your own firm before expanding.

What happens to records, and when someone leaves?

Your firm keeps its own records under your existing obligations. Before launch we agree what we provide to support that, such as copies of drafts, checks, approvals and approved messages. Your people's profiles remain their own. What happens to scheduled content and access when someone leaves or pauses is set out in the pilot agreement.

What does the pilot cost?

The fee depends on the number of profiles and the scope of the work. We agree pricing in writing before the pilot starts. Pricing is quoted in US dollars.
